We have a minimum order quantity of 5000 units total. This ensures that we can keep production costs efficient and provide the best pricing for our customers.
Can I split my order into multiple designs?
Yes, however, we have a minimum order quantity of 1000 units per design.
Can I supply my own tubes for the order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept customer-supplied tubes. We have carefully manufactured the highest-quality tubes to ensure minimal defects during the labeling process. Using a variety of tube qualities can lead to inconsistencies, such as wrinkling or alignment issues, which is why we provide the tubes ourselves.
Are blank tubes available for purchase?

Is it possible to purchase labels only without being on a tube?
At this time, we only sell labels that are applied to tubes. We do not sell labels separately or in roll form. Our focus is on providing fully packaged, ready-to-use products with professional labeling.
Can I receive my order in unmarked packaging?
Yes, we can accommodate requests for unmarked packaging. If you prefer your order to be shipped in plain, unmarked boxes, please let us know during the ordering process, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Can I split my order between two or more tube colors?
Yes, you can split your order between different tube colors. This is a great option if you have strains that look better with different colored tubes. Just let us know how you'd like to divide your order when placing it.
Do you offer any discounts?
We do not offer traditional discounts, as our prices are already set at the best and lowest rates available domestically. However, if you're looking to save, you can achieve lower per-unit pricing by ordering larger quantities. For example, ordering a few thousand more units may help you reach the next price break.
Can I modify my order once it’s in production?
Once your order is in production, we are unable to make changes. However, if you contact us the day after you’ve approved the proofs and made payment, we may still be able to make some adjustments. After this stage, any changes would not be possible due to the setup required for production.
Do you offer holographic materials?
At this time, we do not offer holographic materials for labels. We specialize in high-quality standard finishes to ensure durability and professional presentation.
Are there any premium colors available that aren't listed on your website?
Yes, we offer custom color matching for an additional one-time fee of $1000. After that, each tube with the custom color will incur a small premium charge of $0.005 per unit. Please contact us for more details and to arrange a color match.
Do you provide design services?
We offer basic design services, including simple edits to your artwork such as adjusting colors, resizing your design to fit our templates, and preparing your files for printing. However, we do not offer full custom design services or create new artwork from scratch.
If I want to change the background color or logo color, can you edit my artwork?
Yes, we can help with edits to your artwork, including changing background colors or adjusting logo colors. Simply provide us with the details, and we’ll make the necessary revisions.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We require vector files such as AI, EPS, or editable PDFs. Flattened formats like JPEG or PNG don’t work well as they aren’t editable, preventing us from tweaking or prepping them for our print templates. Vector files ensure a smooth prepress process and the highest print quality.
Do you have die-lines or design templates for your tubes?

Will I receive a proof before my order is printed?
Yes, you will receive a digital proof before your order is printed. This allows you to review and approve the design, ensuring everything looks exactly as you expect. Production will only begin once you’ve approved the proof.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated for each order. For blank tubes, shipping is determined at checkout. For custom tubes, our team calculates the shipping and includes it in your invoice.
Can I pick up my order locally to save on shipping costs?

What carriers do you use for shipping?

If you want to cancel your stock or blank tube order after it has been placed, you can do so through your dashboard or by contacting our client care team. For custom orders, cancellations are not allowed once proofs have been approved and payment has been made.
How long does it take to process a refund?

Is it possible to pay for my order after it’s delivered?
No, we require full payment upfront before your order is sent into production. This policy ensures that everything is in place before we begin processing your order.
